OK I GIVE, I need help!
So i decided to start with using a pi and im glad i did but the problem i cant seem to figure out is......

If i open a LOR file in sequence editor and work on it, when i save it and try to import it into xlights it says "can't find track length" and wont import the file correctly. What do i need to change with what im doing in xlights to get it to save the file correctly?

Thanks,
Adam

It is been a few years since i converted LOR sequences and do not remember much.  I would suggest try getting on the xLights zoom meeting.

are this musical sequences or animation? either way that best import method i have found is to do a file mapping. open a new sequence in Xlights with the MP3 you want skip the import tab and use the Import effects open the sequence you want to use. then tell Xlights what channels in your LOR sequence match what channels in your Xlights sequence save mapping hit ok then render all. this video will help explain a little there are other videos just search.

That is exactly how i import the LOR musical sequences, the problem is with me saving the lor file i think. when it tries to import the file it no longer sees the real track length and therefore cant import correctly.
