It is usually best to let xLights manage your controllers. You have a lot of strange stuff going on here.
Like sending 26,000 pixels worth of data through your network? Do you really have that many pixels?
Using V1 type Sequences on your FPP.
Using Multicast for your controllers and a few other things
I would suggest letting xLights manage your controllers for you.

If you want to let xLights manage your controller(s), this is HIGHLY recommended, in xLights in your controller configuration,
Set the name to something meaningful
Set the Vendor, Model and Variant to match your controller (i.e Falcon, Model to F16V3 and Variant to Expansion Board + No Serial Port Remotes
Set the IP address of the controller
Set the protocol to DDP if the controller supports it.
Uncheck the Multicast option
Set the Id to 1 (or whatever start  you want, they don't have to start at 1, but should be unique for each controller
Check the Auto Layout Models
Check the Auto Size[
Check the Full xLights Control
Set the default brightness
[Save your settings

Once that is configured, you can use the Visualizer to put your models on the ports that you are going to use, make sure you have them assigned in the order that you are going to connect them. For the models that will be connected to Smart Receivers, right click on the model after it has been assigned to the correct port and then select which receiver it will be connected to. The Smart Receiver designation will be color coded.
DO NOT assign controller, start channels, or such from the Layout page. Xlights will manage that.
Then Save your Controller settings and your Layout settings. On the Controllers tab, select your controller and then click on the Upload inputs then upload outputs (or just outputs if the inputs are greyed out).
That is it, you do not configure the ports/channels in your controller, xLights will handle that.
Then go to FPP Connect and upload your configuration in your current configuration, you want to set the UDP option to all. Upload sequences using the V2 Sparse option

In fact I have 17 924 pixels
3 Mega trees  1= 2400 pixels 1= 600  1=300
3 Matrix        1= 1920 pixels 1= 1920 1= 6144 I added it this year
4 Spinners.    4= 576 pixels
5 stars 90 pixels each  450 pixels
20 mini arch 20 pixels each = 400 pixels
20 mini trees with mini star 70 pixels each = 1400pixels
8 mini stars  30 pixels each  = 120 pixels
1 roof line 300 pixels = 300 pixels
4 Archs 76 pixels each = 296 pixels
I began shows 8 years ago with the same layout and controllers 2 F16V3 with one differantial expansion board I bought in 2021 2 F48V4 I never used, but one of F16 seems to have problems and as It run only port 17 to 32 on the expansion board I change it for the F48V4
My first question is do you think I have too many pixels to drive, I already tested my sequence after deleted the Matrix I added this year, but it didn't work only the pixels connected to F16V3 worked
I wil set the controllers as you recommend, hope it will work

I fixed everything as you suggested in your post
There's only one point I din'd fixed is the setting v1 type for sequences on my FPP
When I check this option I have 4 possibilities

V1
V2 zstd
V2 Sparse/zstd
V2 Sparse/uncompressed

Could you tell me which one do you suggest Excuse you specified it in your post I didn't see it before sorry

No, you are just configuring things in a very difficult manner.

Please attach your files to your post and not links to dropbox. This is for 2 reasons. Clicking outside links can be risky, and if someone else is having the same problem and you delete these files, then they can't see the issue.
