I have 2 RPI 3.5 controllers  controlling  PI HATS (FPP 10 @  192.168.1.10 and  FPP-12@  192.168.1.12)
i have FPP -12 controlling pixels 1-420.
I  want FPP10  to control a tree with 10x50 pixels.

How do I set FPP 10 to control the tree  I have numbered the tree (FPP-10) 500- 5500 but I cannot direct the output to FPP -10 .
I do not see an option to specify FPP-10 it wants to send everything to FPP-12

We need a bit more information than this.  What are you using as the show player?  We would need to see some configuration screens on how you configured your 2 PI's.

In the channel outputs, make sure you are are not confusing channels and pixels.

From previous posts, it looks like xLights is being used to configure your FPP. Set up your two controllers and use the visualize button to drop your props onto the appropriate outputs. Now push the config to the controllers. The rest will take care of itself.

Be sure to redo (render/save) your sequences with any changes to the layout.

Now push the config to the controllers.  How do I do that?
How do i attach scan files to this message. do not see an attachment icon

You have to push the reply button and post that way.  The shortcut box that you and many of us normally use does not have the ability to link attachments.

When you click on the controller, it should be a button under the controller that says upload output. It will upload the output to your FPP instances.

You need to hit the black "Reply" button instead of using the quick reply option.  When you hit the reply button instead there will be additional options to attach photos.
