How do I connect the Distro board?

I recently purchased a F8 Distro board v5 and since there is no instructions that come with it I thought I'd post my question here since I'm power dumb.  How do I connect the board up to my power supply?  The connector is marked GND and V.  I assume I connect the +V terminals to V, but what do I connect to GND?  I'm assuming it connects to a -V terminal, but with it labeled GND I wanted to make sure it shouldn't be connected to the ground terminal (the terminal between -V and N). Also I assume I connect the connector labeled "Fuse Control Input" to one of the 2 connectors labeled "External Fuse Control" on my v5 controller.

Ground is a common name for V-. They are synonymous for DC use. Ground isn't quite the same as V- but by common usage on DC circuits, you can assume they are the same. Definitely not the ground of the AC plug.

I don't have either board so can't definitely answer the question about the external fuse control. But by description, that is exactly what you should do.
