Hello,

I've installed the latest FPP on a Raspberry Pi4. This version does not seem to announce the IP address like the other versions did. How can I get this feature back?

Hi alman4511,

On FPP, the IP announcement feature is enabled by default.

If the feature was manually disabled, you can turn this back on by going to:
Status/Control > FPP Settings > Audio/Video Tab > Uncheck Disable IP announcement

Alternatively, review your audio output settings and ensure that you are outputting audio correctly. Maybe upload an mp3 and try to play it just to test. The IP announcement feature should have been turned on if this was a new install. That's why I'm questioning the output setup.
