Flickering Lights - I don't think it's power related

Hey all.  Have an issue with Flickering lights.  From what I can tell, it's only when a specific sequence is running....during my light show, it appears things are working.  I have a Rasp Pi4 with PiPlayer 8.4; connected via wireless and connected via eth to F16v3 with expansion board.  Each board connection has it's own 30+ amp power supply (4 power supplies, each one connected to a side to feed 8 ports).  Length of cables - vary between props but even the short runs tend to flicker.

For testing I ran RGBW individually from my F16 and all appear normal.  I did adjust my power supplies to output 12V when I had White running exclusively.  One of my PS's I received 1 month ago 12V, 50amp (still flickers).  the flickering ranges from individual nodes flickering off a single strand/run between 80, up to 150 pixels.  Brightness is set to 30%.

When I run my actual show, most sequences appear fine, and this is even when doing a full house gradient...when running a specific, single sequence, the flickering can go from doing a house wipe; arch chase; to a a full strand "on" but then it clears up and runs smooth for a few, then it all happens again, ranging from a single port to multiples.

I've tried uploading the 1 sequence a couple of times, after making an adjustment or 2, then upload.  In my F16, I see the voltage on the 1 side holding steady at 5-6 Volts (even tho I have 12 Volts going in); the second side, fluctuates between 11.6 to 11.9 after I made the power output adjustment of all White node.

When running test in PiPlayer, all the output seems to be fine.

I had this issue last year and it seems to be sporadic/random...I don't recall what I had done to fix it.  Part of me thinks its maybe an SD card?  Last year, when I swapped out the sd card, it seemed to fix it from what I recall...but I can't be certain.

I read somewhere that maybe the data feed on a single line is jacked and it's enough to corrupt other connections?

At this point, I'm looking for pointers or places I can look at to explain what is happening. I'm about to do a format of another SD card and see if this corrects it....at least I'll have a backup ready to go. I also have 2 new PS's ready to switch out in case it truly is power.

All my lines are secured, no moisture (live in AZ and no rain for months) and tight connections (pigtails) and all connection points are soldered and heat shrinked.  I do have some of the cables close to power cables...could rf from the power lines be having an effect?  This is something that just started happening about 2 days ago and I'm at a total loss of what the issue could be.

Thanks in advance and I hope someone can point me int he right direction.
