F16V5 and SRx1 v5

I recently purchased some SRx1 v5 Smart Receivers. I connected to the RJ45 slot for 17-20 and 21-24 on the F16V5. I have pixels on the Smart Receiver and they work fine. But I don't appear to get the bidirectional communication from the Smart Receiver back to the R16V5. The efuses show as UNKNOWN on the Status and Visualize pages on the F16V5 and the firmware version info is not passed from the Smart Receiver to the F16V5 on the Visualize page. I started with Firmware 36 and then updated to each 37/38. I tried pushing build 4 to the SRx1 v5... the receivers appears to get the firmware by watching the lights on it. I attempted powering the receiver down, pressing the test button on the receiver and powering back up and installing the build 4 firmware. I have not been able to get the bidirection communication between the two so I am reaching out to see if anyone has encountered this and knows how to resolve it.
