For several years now I have had a Pi 3B as the master and a remote Pi Zero running my P10 matrix tune to sign.  I have a completely wireless show network with ESPixelPop and Dirknerkle wifi SSR as well as some Renard Plus TR24's for my AC lights. All works great but this year I have another Pi zero running a mega tree.  My network is all static IP addresses.  They all show up when I connect to the show wifi and scan all the IP's on the network.  From the laptop that is connected to the switch that connects my Ubiquiti WAP to the Pi I can get to the master FPP pages but not to the remotes.  I just get an took to long to respond message.  But from my iPhone I can get to the new Pi zero driving the mega tree.  But I can't get to the sign remote Pi.  At first I got a can't be found message but now I get the following g message from it.

I have tried logging the laptop into the show wifi and that didn't help.  I just want to send the fseq files to them.  TIA

Here are some screenshots for the mega tree Pi from my phone showing the status and network pages

The sign Pi still says forbidden access.  I'm afraid to just pull power from it and corrupt the micro SD.

I tried to get screenshots of the master pi but I can't get the snipping tool to work.  One thing I did notice is that the master pin is still FPP v4.2 but the others are v4.5.  Could that be an issue?

Got the mega tree working by just using my phone.  Emailed the fseq files to myself and used my phone to access the file manager and download them.  Now to tackle the FPPSign remote Pi.

After reading your post a couple of times I am having a hard time following how this is setup.  Can you list all the IPs/SubnetMasks/Gateways of everything in play.  I would review them for you, and let you know if something stands out.

Sure.  Below is a copy from a spreadsheet that shows the configs in Vixen 3, FPP, & ESP's as necessary.  Sorry for the formatting.  I couldn't figure out how to attach the file.  I hope this is everything you need.

Sorry just seeing your response.  There are almost limitless ways displays can be setup.  The fact that you can not connect alone, is not enough to be able to give you suggestions on how to repair.  You are using Vixen and other specialized devices, that the average person on this forum does not use.  In order to assist you, I would need have an idea how things were presently configured, and how the data was flowing between the devices.

You have items in your screenshot pictures that are not in the table you provided.  You mention "ESPixelPop and Dirknerkle wifi SSR as well as some Renard Plus TR24's" that are not clearly defined in the table.

Let's start with the IP/SubnetMask/Gateway of the vixen workstation.  The IP address(es) SubnetMask Gateway(s) of the FPP, and one controller you are having issues connecting to.  One problem at a time.

I also just seen this post...
Have you corrected the Storage Space Issue that is shown in Red on one of the pictures?
If not you are going to run out of space quickly and will have to reimage the card...

Sorry been busy with other issues and honey do's.

So really I don't use the laptop connected to the show for Vixen at all.  My system is as such

Laptop connected to a switch which is connected to the RPi 3B+ that operates the show via a Ubiquiti WAP.  This laptop is only used to access FPP for setting up playlists, schedules, downloading files, & testing. Nothing has changed in the setup from last year except for adding another remote FPP running on a Pi Zero W.  The show runs good now.  I just can't access the remote FPP's from the Chrome browser on the laptop.  Here is the IP addresses you asked for.

Laptop:
Static IP address:  192.168.1.102
Subnet mask:  255.255.255.0
Default gateway:  192.168.1.1

Ubiquiti:
IP Address:  192.168.1.50
Connected to switch

Master FPP Rasberry Pi 3B+
IP Address:  19p2.168.1.100
Connected to Switch

Remote FPPSign Raspberry Pi Zero W
IP Address:  192.168.1.200
Connected to WAP WiFi

Remote FPPTree Raspberry Pi Zero W
IP Address:  192.168.1.225
Connected to WAP WiFi

Let me know if you need more information.  All the various controllers are on static IP addresses and connected to the WAP WiFi using ESP8266 ESP-01 boards.  I haven't tried to get to each of those with the laptop as I haven't needed to the settings were mostly ok.  I had to change a couple because I added some pixels to the show that required the universes to change a little bit on a couple so I just made those changes via my phone.

Looks like every single device is on the 192.168.1.x network.  Assuming all devices are using a 255.255.255.0 subnet, they are all local to each other.  Is not a routing issue, because nothing is routing.  Do any of these devices have dual network interfaces such as wlan0 AND eth0.  If the secondary interfaces have 192.168.1.x addresses assigned as well, that might cause some issues.

First guess is that Ubiquiti WAP could be filtering communication.  Are any of these devices on a "Guest" network?  Guest networks often restrict access to other local devices.
