SOLVED: String Ports blank

I am seeing the same thing as https://falconchristmas.com/forum/index.php?topic=2819.0
This is an old F16v2, I am adding to the collection that is attached to a megatree I purchased.
String ports, Artnet, Serial outputs are all blank and I cannot add anything.
Test mode seems to work.

The info was there when I tested things a few months ago, but not today...
Any pointers on getting it working?

UPDATE: I was able to do a factory reset and it all good now.
