Hello, having issues running xLights 2024.02 on Ubuntu 22.04., did a fresh Ubuntu 22.04 install, followed the instruction in the Readme Linux in Github, compiled and installed with no errors, rebooted, but every time I try to open xLights, the icon on the desktop get a dot on it and nothing happens, uninstalled and installed a few times and allways the same , will not open...thanks...

Have you tried running it from the command line to see if any errors are displayed?  I can't help much with the Ubuntu version, but I do run xLights on newer Fedora versions.
