Testing APA102C

Hi,

I have a sample set of APA102C.  I'm logged into the falcon controller and trying to test.

I'm getting no lights at all.  How do I verify I'm testing correctly and the lights work. I assume APA102 and APA102C works with f48?

If so, how do you test just to make sure I'm doing it right. I'm newb.
