Yes it does.

Yes, all the Falcon products include the output plugs with the shipped product.  Usually they are in a separate baggie, so be sure to look for that before you throw the shipping box away

Where to buy replacements for these?  I've managed to lose one of the 2 pin terminals.  While not critical, it would be nice to have spares.

Would be nice to have a switch added to turn off indicator lights like Andy Harrison boards.

Why would you not want the pretty indicator lights on?   I begged Andy to add them to his boards (and also on the Falcon controllers), I love 'em.
