The web interface says my voltage floats between 5.2 and 5.8 volts and the processor temp changes with the voltage change. I am using the input that just runs the controller and not powering the leds. My Fluke meter says the voltage off the supply is a constant 5.04 volts. Should I be concerned about this??

It is known to be wildly inaccurate.  The Fluke is trustworthy (as long as it's on the DC scale.  8)  )
