Is anyone familiar with how you might use the Extra VLC Options in the Audio/Video section?

What I would like to do is have VLC start a RTSP or RTMP stream IP clients could pull an audio stream from.

I have a webcam that is current just using the built in mic to stream to YouTube but I would really like to mix the video from the webcam with an audio stream directly from FPP before pushing to YT.
