Failed power supply? Can I run F16V3 at 3.5 VDC without damaging board??

Troubleshooting advice please!!  I have six power supplies in the large MTM ammo box powering up a Falcon F16V3 and two expander boards.  The "first" power supply that powers up ports 1-8 on the main board is running at 3.5 VDC even when I have all Euro connectors disconnected.  Failed power supply?  These are all mean wells that have been in service for 3-4 seasons.  I am going to try to move props over to other power supplies, but I am concerned this could impact operation of the F16V3 main board.  Thoughts????  TIA!!!

You have described the perfect reason to remind folks to have a backup plan for your show and continually determine what are your critical components, ie., those that would put your show out of commission.  After doing animated lighting for 20 years I have accumulated backups for most components except for coro props.  Over that time I have not had a power supply fail, but I've managed to kill a component or two thru stupidity.  LOL  Best wishes Dan, I know you will get it fixed.  A lot of my backup stuff is either older stuff that I have replaced with new or things for future additions.

Amen to having backup of anything important.  I killed (maybe) a 12V 350W power supply a couple weeks ago.  As part of my year round landscape lighting, I have a 12V power supply in a brick column in the front yard.  Brick is not waterproof, and one of my tasks every year is to paint the brick with a water sealant.  I had not gotten around to that and we got several days of rain.  A day or two into the rain and various network monitoring advised that two pixel controllers and two cameras had gone off line.  I knew what had happened.  The brick leaked and the water dripped right onto the power supply.  That resulted in tripping the GFCI (doing exactly what it's supposed to do).  Swapped out the power supply and fashioned a water diverter over the power supply and everything came back up.  I have not checked, but the power supply is likely fine after drying out.
Using LOR (mostly SuperStar) for all sequencing - using FPP only to drive P5 and P10 panels.
