No output on previously working Picap

Picap is used for testing so haven't used it for several months. When I plug in the pixels, the first pixel lights blue. When I enable Display testing, there is no change. Same on both outputs. Pixels work properly on a different tester. I moved the Picap to a different Pi and have the same result. Would this indicate a bad component?

Will really need a screen shot of the Channel Output, Pixel Strings screen.

Is it Enabled? Is PiHat selected?

FPP Ver 4.4

That looks good to me. Not sure from here.

Fuses? Jumper settings?

Im following this.  I have the same issue.

I emailed Pixelcontroller about this. David Pitts replied that it was likely an ic chip on the board that drives the pixels. He gave me a link to purchase, but there has been out of stock so far. It is listed at $2.00, so a cheap fix if it comes back in stock.

It probably will not come in until late next year with all of the chip shortages that are going on.  At that price, I would order a few extras to have on hand in case it happens again.
