Pixel/ programming issue?

I'm having an issue with a couple strings on my tree. In some sequences 1 or up to 3 strings go the wrong direction (pics). I have checked the forum but didn't see anything relating to this. I'm sure it's something easy in xlights but can't seem to figure it out. The string it starts on is the beginning of port 2 off the pi cap.

I would guess there is a setting that does not match

Any tips on what you would think/where to look?

Does your model setup match your fpp setting?  Did you assemble your tree the same way you told xLights?
