Yea I reseated the BBB and no change.

Can you boot the BBB without the cape installed and check to see if the timeout error messages still appear in the logs anywhere?  Is FPP showing that the cape is installed/detected?

I pulled the BBB and booted it up via usb to my laptop.  Attached are the logs.  It still shows the timeout in the messages.log.  Thanks for your continued support on this.

Received a replacement from Dan and all is well now. Got my 1600 pixels tested for me tree this weekend!
