Randomize playlist not working when started via MQTT?

Hey, all.

I'm running FPP v 5.5-26-gf21fd7a5.

I have a playlist with the Randomize 'Once per load' set. If I start the playlist from the FPP UI - Status/Control | Status page, it works as expected and does randomize the sequences once I hit the Play button. However, triggering the same playlist via MQTT only plays in the saved order (ie, does not randomize). I've also tried with other playlists and with the 'Every Iteration' option, but it's all the same.

Here's what I'm sending (via Home Assistant).

  topic: fpp01/falcon/player/FPP/set/command
  payload: >-
    { "command":"Start Playlist", "args":["{{
    states('input_select.halloween_playlists') }}", 0, 0] }

Has anyone else seen this?

I took a chance to see if it was working in the latest version, so I did an in-place OS upgrade to 6.1.

Behavior is the same as 5.5. The Playlist is correctly randomized when played from the FPP UI. But when started via MQTT, it will only play in the saved order.
