Request assistance with P5 setup... I'm using a BBB with Octoscroller and a simple 3 wide by 2 high P5 1/16 scan setup. All powered by a 5v 60A PSU which meters correctly. All cables have solid connections, and the hardware and software setup looks correct (checked and rechecked).

From what I can determine, all is fine except for the output, as no panels will light up. xLights is pushing data to the BBB in bridge mode over CAT5 as the packets and bytes received increases on the FPP status page (when output to lights is turned on). Also, the panels will NOT light up in test mode on the FPP channel test tab either. I've attached a screen shot of the LED Panels Output Page... if you see an issue, or have a suggestion please advise. I'm thinking there may be a failure or issue with the octoscroller?!?

Are you definitely connecting from the octoscroller to the input side of the panels? Both connectors are identical so pretty easy to get it wrong.

I was gonna say are you sure you plugged into outputs 1 and 2?  Are you sure the panel is getting power at the panel connector. Are you sure your hat is installed correctly

If your panels are like mine, you have them hooked up wrong.  As AAH said, it looks like you are hooked up to the output side of the panels and not the input.
Using LOR (mostly SuperStar) for all sequencing - using FPP only to drive P5 and P10 panels.

I am having the same problem with my P10 Panels. They won't power up from the test procedure in BBB or from Xlights. However when I plug a colorlight card onto the cable, mind you not disconting from the panel, both the panels light up

Have you tried multiple outputs?  How is the BBB configured?  When it works are you using that same beagle to drive the color light card?
