P5 Panel issues

Good day all, 
  I am having a slight 'issue' with my P5 panels and xLights.  The sequence gets made, I upload to the panel but when it runs, the sequence seems slight shifted.  the far right hand side shows about 1-2" of 'wrap'  I have attached a photo of what is happening.  Can someone shed some light onto why this is happening?

Double check the start channel.   This is normally due to the start channel not matching.

I checked the start channel, all looks good.  

I have a 2 wide by 3 high setup
# Strings = 96
# Nodes/String =128
Strands/String = 1
Start Location = Top Left
Low Def. Factor = 100
Controller = TuneToSign (What I called my panel controller)

Controller:
 Vendor = KulpLights
 Model = Blank
Channels Per Packet = 1440
Channels = 36864

What makes you think it is good? What is the start channel in xLights?
Can you post a screenshot of your xLights layout and your FPP Panel config page?

And what about your Panel Config page in FPP? That is an important part of the picture as well!

Based on what you posted, you do have an obvious start channel issue! 

Look at the start channel of your Tune To Sign controller, it is 36864 and the start channel of your matrix in your layout is 43370 those are nowhere near the same.

Is there a reason you are not letting xLights manage your channels and controllers for you? Letting xLights manage your channels and controllers saves a lot of time and prevents problems just like this (and many others!)

Ok I have made changes in xLights for the controllers.  I deleted them all and then did a discover.  the FPP's that say spare bedroom and garage are for projectors.  TuneToSign is the P5.  here is the FPP config for the panel

Discover is NOT the recommended method

Again, why are you not letting xLights manage your layout and controllers? This will eliminate all of these problems you are having.

Now EVERYTHING could be different so without new screenshots of ALL relevant pages, we can't give you a valid answer..

right now the only thing xLights is running is this P5 panel.

I am sorry, I am still new to xLights.  I have my Mega-Tree as LOR, that will be xLights next year so I am still learning this.  Please have patience with me.

No worries, but when you are receiving help, read the entire post and provide all the information requested so that they can help you.

Again, why are you not letting xLights manage your layout/controllers? (it doesn't matter how many controllers)

That might work, the 64 pixel interleave might need to be changed. How does it look now?

ok Nothing works.  I can test, that works fine.  but when I do a sequence, it doesn't play it.

Ok, I thank everyone's input here.  I watched a couple of videos on youtube (yes my friend with xLights) and found I had one major mistake.  It was the controller connection.  Attached is the screen shot of the model with what I had to configure.  

It all works great now.
