F16v5 side1 (ports 1-8) dead

I have both sides fused with 20a fuse which was blown when reverse polarity on a power injection using a second port for power only. I replaced fuse and smelled pre smoke but no smoke. I unhooked everything and connected my test led and no voltage at port.  Repowering it did nothing. Second half is working OK, so I moved my three ports over. I also have 4 remote ports. On the status page, it has voltage at 16v for side A and 12v for side B, where both sides are hooked to same power supply with separate 20a fuses. Any recommendations post season to check out? Another observation, fuse LEDs on side A are very dim and OK for side B where they are working. Status screen says all is on, when I reset, it only shuts off upper ports.
