Srx 2 and srx 1 matrix problems

Hey all. 1st light show.  F16v5 going to an srx 2 and srx 1 for a matrix.  I originally planned to run 8 channels of srx 2 to run the whole thing,  but then learned of the 40hz limitation at 700+ pixels.  It's 48x72 3456 pixels total. 4ch of srx2 run 432 pix each.  Then the srx-1 does 4ch of the same. Each 4ch have an extra power supply so voltage should not be an issue.

Got the matrice from Gilbert engineering.  The screw holes were so tightly spaced to the led holes me and my father decided 2x4s weren't the way to go.  Long story short, the frame and LEDs now weigh at least 80lbs.  Got 4 guys and 3 ladders to hang it today. Above the garage, bottom lip is 10ft above the ground.

I double checked it was all working before hanging using a spare srx-1s test button.  Half the matrix at a time.  Got it hung up, wired up.  And the top strand just does weird pixels when hooked to the f16v5.

When I press test on the srx-1 every strand works fine...  I have 3 cats ran to the garage stick from the f16.  The srx-1 having problems showed only 3 data lights lit up,  so I swapped the spare cat5 and all 4 lit up. But the strand in question is still messed up

I have the f16 running 3 of it's smart reciever ports to 3 long range boards. All boards are set to 0, except the srx2 which is A. I have even swapped the srx1 in question for a spare and same problem.  I have changed the layout so the 17-20, 21-24, and 25-28 ports have all switched and the problem doesn't move.  

Of course I'm thinking a screw tagged a wire, or pulled loose or something.  But why would the srx test pattern still work?  

Tomorrow I'm going to put the matrix on 2 srx1s just to try something,  the srx2 extra ch were running a few more strips on the b channels.

Well I've swapped and reconfigured enough now to know... The 4th port on 25-28 and 29-32 diff output on the f16v5 are dead.  I have 3 cat5s from it to the garage attic where srx boards are, and have terminated the all a swapped them this way and that.  How I got it working was to copy paste the last string of the matrix onto ch 29. Then hooked it into my spare srx1 and it works.  Then wired it all back to the original srx1, and spliced pin 7 and 8 on cat5 to pin 3,6 coming from ch29.  All works now.  

Kinda ghetto.  Don't know how quick rma is with falcon controllers.  This was a readytorun packaged f16v5.
