How many watts at 5v does the power supply need to be for the  F16v3 External Power Connector?

I don't remember the exact spec, but it's less than 1 amp.
Using LOR (mostly SuperStar) for all sequencing - using FPP only to drive P5 and P10 panels.

It depends how many expansion boards/receivers etc, you may need 3A worst case.
