F16V4 on power up

On power up F16V4 does not go past Falcon Logo screen on power up. This has just started, unit worked as expected before. If I power the unit while holding the button above the OLed screen on power up it starts as expected. I can not access the units web page while in the Logo freeze.

I would reset the controller to factory defaults, and reinstall the latest firmware.
