Is there a maximum number of sequences that can be used/displayed on a playlist in RF?  The program was working fine, but I noticed one sequence (the last one) in the playlist wasn't showing up on the viewer screen.

Are there special procedures to take if a playlist is changed in FPP?

I believe it is 200

Yes it's 200.  I found my mistake was not going into FPP to the RF plugin and clicking the 'sync with RF' button.
