Generate e1.31 data from arduino

Hi All

Maybe this is easy and already done. Does anyone know of existing library to generate e1.31 data from an arduino?

The reason I ask is that I want to setup my cabin with lights. I would like the ability to drive them from the falcon pi, but I would also like to be able to easily trigger them with preplanned events. Just simple stuff, like when I arrive after dark it turns on all the walkway lights. Maybe simple scripting or events in falcon pi will do what I want, buy I don't know pho and a pi seems a bit overkill. I do know how to script arduino real quick, and nodemcu gets me on the network wirelessly.
