PixelNet SS Configuration Signal

I'm trying to modify my device (Panther DMX Player). I've added Bluetooth capability to it. Now I'm trying to provide the option to be able to configure Smart String Controllers with the same functionally that the Lynx Smart String Utility does. Below is what I have interpreted the signal as. The problem is that when I send the signal out via the Panther it does not seem to program the Controller. During the programming phase the lights all turn on white and stay on. Does anyone know if this is the correct signal pattern. when I send it out there is not delay between patterns.

The test was with a FLEX String if anyone wanted to know. Switched over to a Strings and it appeas to be working correctly. Tried top program the FLEX String witht he Lynx SS Utility and same results. Guess I might have blown some of Nodes in my FLEX Strip.
