The NTP configuration on my F16v4 settings page, points to the ip address of my FPP player, is set to -6 to set CST time, and the "Network Settings" option below the NTP setting has Internet Access checked enabled.  With those three settings configured, the time on my F16v4 has been perfect all season.

If you are still having issues I would reach out to Falcon support.  https://pixelcontroller.com/store/contact-us

Not to highjack this thread, but I'm curious.

Why be worried about the controllers time?  The FPP(s) having the correct time is understandable (and desired), but the controllers?  What functions on the controllers are you using requiring correct time?
Sequencers: Vixen3 and xLights
Players: FPP and xSchedule Controllers:  Renards - SS24/SS16; E1.31 - San Devices E682 - Falcon F16, F4, F48 - J1Sys - DIYLEDExpress E1.31 Bridges.  Much more!

Some of us use the controllers to run the show.

If you are running your show from the F16V4 and not connected to the internet uncheck the "Network Access" box on the bottom of the "Settings" tab. Make sure you have a battery for the internal clock. If the  "Network Access" box is checked the controller will try and get the time from the internet and may be causing the time to be off.

Forgive a newbie question.... Im having the same exact issue, I rest the clock 2 days ago and now the controller is over 2 hours behind the real time.  If I uncheck "internet access", I can still access it via the network right? the 192.168.x.x?
