New to FPP - Video control on FPP via 3rd party apps

Hey everyone, hope you're doing well.

I'm pretty new when it comes to FPP and everything it has to offer. I've played around a bit with it, but I'm getting a bit stuck.

I use WLED and LEDfx for live audio reactive effects, and I wanted to introduce a screen. I've got 12 P5 panels, in a 4 x 3 config.
I'm using a BeagleBone black, with all 8 outputs being used.

Normally, I send visual effects over DDP from LEDfx to cause effects, but I wanted to see if it'd be possible to control it via apps like Touchdesigner or resolume, and if so, how?
