Issues with Smart receiver V2.01 and V3 expansion board

Hello,

I have a f16v3 with a v3 expansion board and two Smart receiver V2.01 (one board per expansion board port). The problem I am having this that no mater how I configure it I can only get port 1 and 2 on the Smart receive to work. In fact only the data led that lights up on the Smart receives are for port 1 and 2. I have replaced the cat cable and when I click the test button the the smart receiver all 4 of the ports work fine. I hoping that someone might be able to help, or if someone as a similar setup they can tell me what they did to get it to work.
