Long term issue with FPP on Beagle

Hi, I have 4 FPP controllers, 2 Raspi based, 1 BBB, and 1 PB2.  I have had an intermittent issue with both Beagle based boards where the controller won't connect to Primary or backup wireless SSID but will start the tether network which operates just fine.  I have never seen this issue with mu Raspi controllers, only the BBB and PB2.  Any idea what I could be doing wrong?  I have seen this issue for at least 2 years and always keep the controllers up to date on the latest FPP.  If I remove and recreate the interface settings enough times, eventually it will reconnect, usually at least 20 to 30 times.

There is a known issue with the tether activating prior to wlan0 can connect.  Instructions were posted elsewhere and tested to be true.  "Just add a 10-15 second FPP boot delay under settings and reboot the device." I sure a fix will follow shortly.

I just disabled tether and FPP wlan0 connects as normal.
