EEPROM upload error - WB1616 (Wally's Lights 16+ Variant)

Hi wizards,

I upgraded my boards for this season.  My first season using this WB1616 from Wally's Lights.  I purchased a key from Falcon for 48 ports (max it looks like for the board).  Every time I try to input the order number and license key, I get the following error.  Where am I going wrong?  Board is connected to my LAN via ethernet currently with internet access.

What version FPP? 8.5 had a signing issue that wasn't there with 8.4. I am yet to see if 9.x versions have any issues yet.
