I am trying to play a video file with sound.  I have a Pi Zero 2W running FPP v6.3 and the sound plays fine.  I had a Pi Zero 2W running 8.2 but I could not get sound.  I loaded 6.3 on it and I still cannot get the sound to work.  I think I know what the issue is but I cannot figure out how to fix it.  On the working v6.3 Pi under FPP Settings I have selected Audio Output Mixer device as HDMI.  That is the only choice.  On the non-working v6.3/v8.2 Pi the only option I get is PCM.  I have compared the two devices and cannot see what setting I have that does not match other than that.  I'm not trying to do lights or anything with Channel Inputs, E1.31/ArtNet/DDP, just the video with sound.  I've tried searching the forum but pretty much everyone is doing lights or has a sound card, which I do not have.  I appreciate any input.

EDIT:  Immediately after posting this I discovered in v6.3 I could select Audio Output Device to bcm2835 HDMI 1.  This allowed me to switch the Mixer Device to HDMI.  I'm still not sure how I would fix this in v8.2 but I've made progress.  Currently though, the sound is crackly and...well.... bad.  It sounds fine on my computer and on my other Pi but that's through a projector.  This test is being run on a TV.  Perhaps it will be better on the projector though I doubt it.  I'd still appreciate feedback on getting it to work on v8.2.

Thanks again.

Thank you.
