Quote from: djmc2002 on December 06, 2024, 02:31:24 PMChecked it closely and appears to be soldered in - Darn.  And I still cant find this dam controller.  Not super smart on network so not sure if 192.168.1.50 will show up as my main network runs in 192.168.5.x. Wished I was sharper about the network side of this world
Normally, you can't get from a ".1" to a ".5". Put your PC on the same physical network as the controller. Change the IP on your computer to be a .1 address like 192.168.1.100. Then you can find the controller if it is on 192.168.1.50.

It does look like the OLED was an after thought and might have been soldered on the v2 series.  I think they are just a standard Arduino 7-pin 0.96 128X64 blue OLEDs.  You could probably pick some up from Ali Express without the pins already soldered in.  I am sure you could find a 7 way 7p female pcb header for them somewhere. This would be far above my pay grade, so do your own research.
