YPS Duo Pixel and F16V3 The last pixel (200) remains a solid color

Hi All - Hoping to get some help.

I am experiencing an issue using the Your Pixel Store (YPS) Duo Pixel (12v) and the Falcon F16V3 v2.55. On the F16V3,
I have replaced the 3-wire pigtails with the (YPS) 4-wire pigtails. Per guidance received, Data2 and GND are tied together on the ports.
The Ports are configured for a 200-pixel count at 30% brightness.

The issue: The last pixel (200) remains a solid color at all times, the color will change when I restart the F16. When I test from the F16V3, xLights, FPP the pixel does not change. I have changed out multiple strings and got the same result. Factory reset the F16V3 as well; no change.
The F16V3 works with 3-wire on standard pixels (RGB-Man).

I noticed some oddities myself with these pixels as well. I have been testing them with a Kulp F8-PB and at first they where acting very strange, flashing with no data or wrong colors with  data.  Then they just started working correctly, I don't think I changed anything but I did see this video that talks about how these pixels are sensitive to cable lengths and power balance. https://youtu.be/hQMy4e_Z-nM?feature=shared
