12v on 5v jumper setting, what parts do I need.

Some how a jumper went missing and I threw twelve Volts to my f16v2 while only had a jumper on 2&3. Must have been doing some weird testing when I got my P10 panels because I don't own anything else 5v. Anyways my meter is a 100miles away right now but hoping I can source diode and other parts neccassary locally to get this back up. Saw the post about needing a zener diode, regulator, and cap. Honestly not sure which cap it referenced but saw Dave mention that would only blow if connected backwards and I definitely didn't do that.  Any help on parts list and where they go is appreciated.
