Smart Receiver B last port not responding

Hi, Have a Kulp F8-PB and two smart receivers V1.02
Have swapped the receivers and tried a new cat 5 cable with no results
The last port on the "B" smart receiver will not respond to the F8-PB, all four data lights are on (both receivers), all the other ports work fine, the local test button will control the lights (both receivers). I am current not using port 4 on the "A" controller, that's why I swapped them, no change.
Port "B" is the last port to receive data, have rechecked the port config on FPP, not sure what to try next.

You might want to post a few screen pics so that we can see the configuration.  From what you said so far, it really doesn't appear to be a hardware issue.  It might be a firmware issue but it really looks like a configuration issue.

Dip switches set correct?
Termination dips on for the last receiver.

You said you tried a new cat5 cable did you try one both places?

There are two ways to attach smart receivers, I was running on the second, changed to the first but have not reconnected to the down port, its freezing out. will report back

Moved the RJ-45 from port 9-12 to 13-16, fixed the problem, maybe a bad driver on port 12
best part didn't have to re-render, same channel numbers
