F16v5 Color Order

new to falcon and xlights. Have setup 25 candy canes with 38 pixels each. each cane is its own model. have f16v5 and srx1. all my canes except cane 25 render RGB. Cane 25 renders BGR. Have set color order in xlights to BGR and it did not change anything. Have gone to falcon web interface and set port to to BGR(w) and it hasnt changed anything. i am missing something but no idea of what. any help in solving is appreciated

Move cane 25 somewhere else. Still happen?
Does it happen from test mode?
Are all the pixels on all the canes actually lighting up?
Does it happen during sequence? After changing, did you render all and upload the config?
Are you daisy chaining cane 25 and using e1.31? Did you cross 510/512 border?
Go to the visualizer in xLights, screen shot how you laid out the lights.

Generally, there is some sort of miscounting of channels that causes this. Using the visualizer will cure one problem that causes this.
