Finally got the video done: 

Questions, comments, and critiques are all welcome!

Everything is run from a single Raspberry Pi running FPP. There are a total of 152 channels and over 16,000 lights.

Great job, thanks for posting.  It helps show what can be done with just a (relatively) few channels vs a million pixels and 500 moving heads. :)    I've been all-pixels for years, but I use a couple Pixelnet controllers for now and I still enjoy seeing an AC lights display.

For reference, are you using DMX/Pixelnet/LOR/Renard or ??

Thanks! I am using 80 channels of LOR running in DMX, and the rest is Renard.
