Resetting network setting

New guy here, just trying to figure things out.

I have a Kulp k16A-B that I am trying to setup.  Was initially able to connect (using eth0). Router assigned a DHCP IP address 169.254.38.144.  This address was reflected on the OLED. I went into network settings and changed the IP address to a STATIC 192.168.0.5, updated the Network Mask and then updated the interface.  OLED now shows IP as 192.168.0.5.  

After this change, I have been unable to connect to the FPP UI on Chrome.  I keep getting messages that the request has timed out.  Same thing happens when I ping the IP address.  

I'm certain that I messed something up in the settings.  Since I cannot access the network settings, is there any way to do a "factory reset" from the board? I don't see an option for this in the OLED Operations.

That is NOT a DHCP address. That is a "self assigned" address when the device doesn't get a response from a DHCP server.

Are you sure that IP address is not being used by something else in your network?
Are you sure you are in the right subnet?

Same thing happens when I ping the IP address. 

What happens when you ping 192.168.0.1? 

Since I cannot access the network settings, is there any way to do a "factory reset" from the board?

No. if you have a Wi-Fi adapter that supports AP mode, then you can log in that way, but it would probably be quicker just to re-image the card and start over. It will take only about 15 minutes.

Thanks for the response.

Started tinkering with the OLED operations.  Selected NETWORK, switched it back to DHCP, made sure to add DNS servers, rebooted and was able to get back in.  So, in a way, you can use that method to "reset" it back to the default settings.  All is good now.
