I'm looking for someone who has a k16A-B cape and is chaining two or more V2.01 Smart Differential Receivers.

I'm having an issue when chaining two V2.01 Differential Receivers to a Kulp K16A-B cape. The second differential receiver in the chain displays FPP testing patterns erratically. It's almost like it's missing some data commands. I tested each differential receivers individually by setting the mode to 4 and putting the terminator on and they work fine. When I chain the receivers, I set the 2nd receiver mode to 5 with the terminator on while turning the terminator off on the 1st receiver.

The 2nd and last receiver in the chain does display the addressed pixels properly. However, when Cycling Patterns in Test Mode, it sometimes misses a beat and skips a R, G, or B pattern. I'm running FPP V6.0 on my controller.

I've added a photo of my receiver setup and FPP channel output setup.

What happens if you swap the Id/mode settings on the receivers so that the first receiver is set to receiver #2 and the second receiver is set to be #1? (without changing any cabling)

With the ID/mode settings set back to the way the were originally, what happens if you reverse the cabling order (without changing the receiver ID/mode) and change termination settings so they are correct?  Does the problem stick with the 2nd receiver which is now first in the chain or does it move to the 1st receiver which is now second in the chain?
