perplexed 16v3 expansion board issue (only 2 ports getting data)

Cannot read the screens shots of the 3 props.  If windows are you using the snip command to take those?

I think im good.  Replaced the differential expansion board and in a quick check on one receiver had all 4 data leds lit and all the props worked.  Hopefully that solves it.  Cant thank everyone enough for your guidance.
