Comparing the F48V4, F48V4-NS and F16V4

I'm looking at pictures of these controllers along with a F48V4-NS I have sitting here on my desk and the one thing that stands out to me is ...

Where is the processor on the F48V4-NS?

The other boards clearly have the new dual core ARM CPU ... but I don't see one on the F48V4-NS. 
What processor is this board using how does it compare to the other baords.

same family of processor just a different form factor

I see that now that I found a clear picture of both.
Identical except for different form factors ... one is 24x24 and the other is much smaller 10x10
