F48V4 w/SRx1 v4.00 extender not lighting full prop in test mode or xlights

Hello, I am trying to figure if I have a Falcon issue of a xlights issue.

I have a V48v4 with a 4 port extender, SRx1 v4.00 wired up Boscoyco mezamizer, 1117 nodes. Since I am in 32 port mode, I configured in xlights to run 600 leds(string 1) on one port and 517(string 2 on another port. Running two supplies with power injection. All works great except the last 50 leds on string 2. I reversed the ports at the extender to validate if its led pixel wiring issue. They all light up just fine in test mode. Moved to a different port on F48v4, still same issue, changed out extender SRx1 v4, still same issue.

Interesting its 50 nodes, however, the 50 node string is not one string of 50, its 33 nodes of the string prior to the end and 17 added to that end

fixed in xlights by first string start at 1, string 2 start 551, guess my math was off for first string
