Can't find BootloaderUpdater_v1.00.fal

Trying to upgrade F216V3 from v2.01. I am unable to find the bootloader. Looked in pixelcontroller.com and only see the firmware but instructions say to run bootloader first.

Go to www.pixelcontroller.com, click on support, click on f16v3, click on current firmware, its in that zip file
