I have a Raspberry Pi 3b with picap. I am using both ports to display 6 arches. It worked fine last year with no problem. This year I set it up and pixels on port 1 do not light. I have 600 pixels on port 1 and 300 on port 2. The 2 arches connected to port 2 work. The 4 connected to port 1 do not. I checked the cable to port 1 and it ohms out good. Any suggestions on troubleshooting my issue would be greatly appreciated

Screenshots of your fpp outputs page are needed at a minimum.
Are you using xlights to upload the inputs and outputs to the Pi or are you doing it manually? If you're doing it manually then screenshots of the xlights visualiser page may also help.

Thanks for reply!  I did switch the cables between port 1 and 2.  The issue did not follow.  It appears I have a wiring issue on arches 3 through 6.  I had set the starting channel to 511 and I changed it to 1 and that took out arch #1.  When I put it back to 511, arch #1 started working again.  I don't remember why I had it set to 511 last year.  I did use xlight to create the sequence.

I will need to check out the wiring for arches #3 through #6.  That must be the issue.
Thanks again for the reply!

There's a huge overlap of channels in that screenshot.
Port 1. start channel 511 - end 2946 pixels 812
Port 2. start channel 813 - end 4151 pixels 1113.
There's about 2100 channels that are on both port 1 and 2. Both the 812 and 1113 pixels are both too high unless you're only running 20fps sequences.
