Just got my first controller, an F48 and 4 receivers. Everything works in test mode. The F48 is not getting an IP though in DCHP and won't hold a static IP. The ethernet lights are also not lighting up. I updated to 2.59 before doing anything else and have done a factory reset and reloaded the firmware. Still nothing. Tested multiple cables with other devices and they work fine. I'm on an Eero mesh network and hard wiring to one of the access points if that makes a difference. Anyone know why I'm not able to get a signal?

My first guess if you are not getting the Ethernet status lights to come on is either a bad network device on the F48, OR, both the F48 AND your Eero AP will not do an auto crossover.  I don't know about either of those devices, however since most devices will auto crossover, it's one of those things that is sometimes forgotten - and there are devices out there that won't auto crossover.  Try plugging the F48 into a different LAN device - a switch, a PC, or your router for example.  Don't worry initially if you are getting an IP, you are just looking for the Ethernet lights to come on.  If that works, then your solutions will be to build or buy an Ethernet crossover cable.
Using LOR (mostly SuperStar) for all sequencing - using FPP only to drive P5 and P10 panels.

Did you ever find a solution to your problem?  I am having the same issue with my F48 V4 and my eero network.

Assuming you are at the latest firmware and the network connection is good... you will likely have to reach out to Falcon Support.
