FPP HTTP Virtual Display Issues

I have been having several issues with my light display this year.  I will go out and FPP 8.2 Pi4 is sometimes frozen, it sometimes will play every single sequence on the device.  (including PSAs and older sequences that I have not used in years, that are not in any playlists)  I have installed new from .iso, and even swapped in my spare FPP device.  It plays fine most days, but once a week maybe, it just does random crap.  At first I thought this was Remote Falcon screwing things up, but RF is not aware of some of the older PSAs it was playing the other day.

I would like to setup a ]FPP Virtual Display  so that I can keep an eye on things.  I can setup a HTTPVirtualDisplay on the main FPP player, and it works great, but I don't want to leave it on the main player long term.  I am trying to setup this on a remote player, but I seem to be missing something.  According to directions I do not need to add the remote as a controller.  I just need to upload everything v2 format, media, and all models to the remote.  Multisync is enabled, and when I play something on the main player, it shows it playing on the remote.  The HTTPVirtualDisplay on the remote is blank.

The manual is not very detailed on this feature.  Any suggestions on what I might be missing?

Also, it displays the below message.  I renamed my background image to the below name and copied it in the "Image" folder and I can't seem to find the pixel map.
"Your background image must be uploaded as a file called 'virtualdisplaybackground.jpg' and your pixel map must be copied to FPP's configuration directory from xLights as a file called 'virtualdisplaymap'."

I was able to resolve most of the HTTPVirtualDisplay issues.  I had it setup correctly, but it was located on the "Display" vlan, and I was trying to access through the proxy.  Once I connected directly to the "Display" network it worked.  Additionally, it does seem like it takes a few minutes after changes are made before it starts working.  Not sure if Multisync, takes a bit to update things, but if I wait a few minutes all is good.

I still have not figured what this message means.  If anyone knows more about the background image and virtualdisplaymap I would like to know more about this, but I am not finding much information on it.

Thanks!
