F48 v5 Issue

Not sure if I can post a v5 question here, but didn't see a specific forum for v5 yet.

Have an issue where my OLED is no longer showing anything and communication was lost over ethernet.  Things I have tried and observations:
Observations:
- Power LED it lit
- Other two green LEDs light on initial power then turn off after a few seconds
- Wifi light is red
- Network link and activity lights come on and are solid
- Fuse indicator lights on output ports flash a couple of times on inital power, then turn solid on after a set period of time
- Voltage at the fan header is normal and included fan also turns on and runs

Things I have tried:
- Different power supplies, both 12V and 5V (and switching the switch when necessary for proper power input)
- Holding down SEL on power up to try to reset (of course without OLED I don't know when to let go, so I have guessed)
- Putting latest firmware on SD card and loading manually (no OLED to tell me if successful or not)

Not sure what else to try or test at this point and could use any help if available.  Apologies if I have missed something simple.
